Our extensive experience and knowledge enables our teams to flex between fully outsourced project delivery through to close integration with land managers, estates and agricultural businesses.

We’re a Mid Wales-based business but provide our services, including machine hire and materials sales, across the UK.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Matthew, Managing Director

Matthew leads the overall direction and operations of LF Fencing Ltd – which includes fencing, machine hire and materials supply. His responsibilities include overseeing supply chain, managing business partnerships, ensuring product quality, optimizing profitability, and leading the team.

Becky, Human Resources

Becky manages all HR functions within the business. Her responsibilities include employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, training and development.

Charlie, Foreman

Charlie manages the daily operations of our fencing business. Responsibilities include coordinating workers, ensuring proper installation of fences, maintaining safety standards, ordering supplies, and liaising with our clients. In particular he ensures projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget – over-coming often complex scenarios which require problem-solving skills, and a deep knowledge of fencing techniques.
